Deleting your data
Your data is yours. Any of these three routes removes it — pick whichever is easiest.
1. Delete your account in MynaDM
Log in → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, Instagram connection, automations, leads and delivery logs, effective immediately. Invoice records are kept only where tax law requires.
2. Remove MynaDM from Instagram
In Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and websites → MynaDM → Remove. Meta automatically notifies us and we delete the Instagram data connected to your account — no MynaDM login needed. Meta shows you a confirmation code and a status link you can check at any time.
3. Email us
Write to hello@mynadm.com from the email address on your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days, confirming when done.
