Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and MynaDM ("MynaDM", "we", "us") governing your use of mynadm.com, app.mynadm.com and the MynaDM service. By creating an account you accept them. If you use MynaDM on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
MynaDM automates replies to comments on your own Instagram posts and sends direct messages on your behalf, using Meta's official Instagram Platform API. The service depends on that API: features can change or become unavailable when Instagram's platform, policies or your account's standing with Instagram change. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
3. Your Instagram account
You connect Instagram through Instagram's own login — we never receive your password. You must have the right to operate the Instagram account you connect, and your use of MynaDM must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. We enforce Instagram's platform rules inside MynaDM (message rate limits, the 24-hour messaging rule, private-reply windows); attempting to work around them isn't permitted. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MynaDM to send spam or misleading messages; to promote anything illegal where you or your audience live; to harass anyone; to send content you don't have rights to; or to collect data about people beyond what MynaDM shows you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that put our access to the Instagram platform at risk — where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes a monthly DM allowance that resets each calendar month; unsent DMs don't roll over. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay — in INR (processed by Razorpay) or USD (processed by Stripe) — and exclude any taxes we're required to add. You can cancel anytime from your billing screen; you keep paid features until the period you've paid for ends. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If a renewal charge fails, paid features continue through a short grace period and then your account moves to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
6. Your content
The messages, links, images and keywords you configure are yours, and you're responsible for them — including having the rights to anything you send and complying with any advertising-disclosure rules that apply to you. You give us the limited permission needed to store and transmit that content to operate the service.
7. Service quality
We work hard to keep MynaDM fast and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every DM will be delivered (delivery ultimately depends on Instagram), or specific business results. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll refund the unused portion of a paid period if we terminate without cause.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use MynaDM after that means you accept the updated terms.
